Thoughts on RVW

here are the facts
Everyone loved Rip Van Winkle
everyone, that is, except for his wife
SHE HATED him.

But Rip was kind of a lazy fella
and so maybe some of the hatred
WAS warrented
but regardless that is no kind of
a relationship to have

So Rip went to sleep for 20 years
and when he awoke his evil wife was dead
He was all confused
and had old ideas in his head

He had the chance to start his life anew
but I don't think he did
he just went right back to living
in the SAME OLD GRID!
